This dashboard demonstrates Cloud Health Office (CHO)'s Capitation Management capability — per member per month (PMPM) rate configuration, capitation payment runs, and provider settlement. Capitation infrastructure is core value-based-care plumbing for payers managing risk-bearing arrangements with provider groups.
Capitation ships natively in Layer 3 — Full CAPS Platform as part of CHO's financial-domain services. For established payers on a Layer 2 — Progressive Modernization path, capitation is available as a domain replacement; appeals is the current Layer 2 production lighthouse, with capitation following as customer engagements mature the strangler-fig pattern across additional financial domains.
The fee-schedule and provider-contract data infrastructure underneath this UI also reflects CHO's Managed Data Services posture — provider contract data, fee schedule updates, and rate verification are productizable as subscription services for customers who want capitation data services without full Platform Engagement.
