This dashboard demonstrates Cloud Health Office (CHO)'s Fee-for-Service (FFS) payment-run capability — claim-based disbursement, 835 ERA generation, EFT/check processing, and provider remittance. FFS payment processing is the operational core of claim adjudication-to-payment for payers running fee-for-service business.
FFS payment infrastructure ships natively in Layer 3 — Full CAPS Platform (cloud-native end-to-end claims administration). For established payers on a Layer 2 — Progressive Modernization path, FFS payments are available as a domain replacement once the strangler-fig pattern reaches the payment domain; appeals is the current Layer 2 production lighthouse.
The 835 ERA generation, EFT lifecycle, and remittance data underneath this UI is also subscribable through CHO's Managed Data Services for customers who want payment-data infrastructure without full Platform Engagement.
